HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR REGISTRATION FORM ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
To access and complete the registration form on your mobile device.
Download the Google Sheets App from either AppStore or Google Play (whichever app you use for app purchases, Google Sheets is available on most platforms)
Click on link above. Navigate to Save As or Open in GOOGLE SHEETS on your device. You may be prompted to save in Google drive.
Open the link in GOOGLE SHEETS. This will then activate the drop down features on the device. You may need to double click to open the drop down options. Please do not use Numbers to fill out the form. The formulas and calculations do not work properly.
